As a teacher, we don´t just only to teach a subject, we are working with persons, and sometimes this can brings us the most hard things that we can imagine than can happen in their lifes, for that reason is very important to be alert and know how to manage this different situations in our profession, as human and profesionals with a realy big responsibility in our hands.
